We are so excited to have Demitri Dibelo for 2 weeks in our training.

Dimitri is a well-known teacher from Greece

My daily yoga practice has changed the way to approach my life with eyes, heart, and mind open, allowing me to achieve a sense of ease and acceptance I never thought it possible. Choosing to walk down this path has changed my life completely and left me more accepting of myself and the nature of reality than I ever thought possible. Changes will always exist, but I see them clearly and quickly now, and thanks to my yoga practice, I have the tools to act with great skill.

About Omayra Rivera Hoon

I attended my first yoga class in 2005 and immediately fell in love with it. I've been practicing for 14 years, teaching for 13 with over 10,000 hours of teaching classes, workshops, 200hr training, and continuing education.

I found something precious that took me on a journey of yoga training: 200-hour RYT at the 8 limbs of yoga in Seattle, 300 RYT in  India, Ayurveda with Melina Meza, Methodology, Meditation, and advanced training yoga retreats with great yogi masters.

After a couple of years of teaching and continuing education, I decided to go on a journey to India for intensive Vipasana, Hatha, and Ashtanga training with Swammi G, and other amazing yogi masters from the heart of yoga in India "Rishikesk"

Becoming a Certified Yoga RYT,  200 E-RYT teaching yoga to others has been one of the most satisfying and rewarding experiences of my life. I teach a traditional style of Hatha Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Restorative, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Yin yoga with an emphasis on breathing, helping students to not only improve their strength, flexibility, and balance but also to help people de-stress and find their inner peace in this fast-paced demanding world. I love teaching and inspiring students to blossom into their greatest selves, not only teaching but also learning along the way with them.

Outside my mat and when I'm not teaching I spend time with my husband Bryan our children, Yomalix 25, Joshua 23, (mine) Natalie and Parker 11, Andy 8 (his), and my granddaughter 4-year-old Penelope. Teaching yoga, fishing,  camping, hiking, and running my businesses Beautiful Creations and Amazing Yoga Om are my favorite things to do. I love traveling and enjoying the beauty of this planet. I guess I enjoy everything, like Mother Teresa, said- "Life is a beauty, enjoy it!"

"Yoga inspires me to live each moment more mindfully. Deeply grateful for the loving wisdom my teachers and masters of yoga have shared with me"
