Getting started can be the hardest part to do, especially if you are new to yoga. This plan classes can help you build confidence and get you ready to do more advanced classes, perhaps. These yoga videos are designed to create a foundation of strength and stability through safe, efficient, and effective ways that build your body at a challenging but approachable level at the comfort of your home or anywhere else. Get your family members, plug into your TV, and watch any video, anywhere.
Using props is beneficial. Please have your set up ready to start. Blocks, blankets, bolster, strap, candle, and perhaps a small pillow for under your sit bones.

Become a member and take your practice everywhere with access to all the yoga classes videos. Gentle yoga videos and meditation videos are recommended for the end of your day, it will make wonders in your sleep.

Foundation Camel Pose
For beginners and everyone looking to understand yoga the history of yoga, fundamental principles of alignment, and breathwork. Students will be introduced to yoga postures through verbal cues and demonstration, safety, and stability within each pose. If you have never tried yoga this is perfect for you and is designed to meet the needs of those new to yoga. Beginner level/Basic.
Note: These classes are also part of teacher training and is recommended for students in training or teachers wanting to go back to basics. We all as teachers need to go back to basics once in a while.
