Expand your potential! The primary academic objective for the Yoga Training program is to prepare students to become knowledgeable yoga practitioners. It’s the initial step in doing what you love! Whether you want to teach yoga or simply grow your practice. It benefits anyone looking to deepen their practice or understanding of yoga, or simply looking for direction and develops clarity of intention and authenticity that is grounded in the practice of Svadyaya (self-study). This yoga training itself gives all participants a solid foundation in Ashtanga, Hatha yoga and understanding the core of what yoga is and the opportunity to implement a strong educational and foundational healing art in their lives. You will learn the proper alignment skills, methodology and techniques for teaching basic or advanced asana. We will explore anatomy, physiology, pranayama, philosophy and much more.  Learn the foundations of anatomy specific to yoga practice, clear asana alignment based on an anatomical understanding of the body, learn intelligent sequencing that gives you the tools to design safe, effective yoga classes suitable for any student, skills of communication, knowing and speaking to the students in front of you with grounded clarity. This program is Yoga Alliance Approved and upon completion of all requirements, you are eligible for application to the Yoga Alliance for 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) status.
