Whether you are an aspiring yogini, driven to grow your practice, this 200hr Yoga Training program marks the ideal first step towards these divine aims. In our 200hr Yoga program, we aim to lead all the aspiring yogis towards their set goals in a refined and equally invigorating manner.

This training offers knowledge and skills to keep for life.  It teaches safe performance of movement and exercise in a progressive approach and offers an opportunity to improve and/or maintain a high level of fitness through application of conditioning principles. Students are encouraged to understand their own limitations and work within their bounds.

In particular, this training introduces the values and skills of Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga (Yoga of exercise) to the beginning student and offers opportunities to expand knowledge, applications and skills in routines for the experienced student.  All students will be given the tools to be able to teach a safe yoga classes like Ashtanga, Gentle Yoga, Yin yoga, Prenatal and Postnatal , Vinyasa and Nidra. 

The training is designed to take you through a journey of your own body, introducing you to a way of moving with your own inner rhythm.  We shall take you through the understanding of Anatomical structure in yoga, help you excel as a yoga teacher and practitioner, it is imperative to study the internal, as well as the external layers of a human form in detail with reference to yoga. Learn how to perform the yoga asanas with perfection, how to avoid injury during asana practice, and further fine tune your body and mind towards refined yogic practice, discipline and a way of life. Learn about the ethics (yamas-niyamas)the 8 limbs, sutras and more.
